An injury similar to this sidelined him in both 2010, when he was with Philadelphia, and in 2011, when he was the starter in Arizona.Kevin Kolb signed a two-year contract with the Bills in March, and had a chance to state his case for the starting job when they played against the Redskins this weekend.
